What does it cost?

$1.50 per active camper, per month — one flat rate for the whole system. No setup fee, no per-feature tiers, no surprise fees.

Can I move my data over from my current software?

Yes. Send us an export from your current system and we’ll tell you exactly what comes across cleanly before you commit to anything. Launch partners get hands-on help with the move.

Is my camp's data secure?

Yes. Payments run through Stripe, and camper, medical, and family records are scoped to a person's role, so people see what their work requires.

Who is Camp Runner for?

Directors of independent overnight and day camps running roughly 150 to 800 campers a season — the ones holding the whole operation themselves.

Do I have to switch everything at once?

No. We work with each launch-partner camp to move in at a pace that fits your season, starting with registration and building from there.
