What does it cost?

$0.75 per accepted camper, per month, for the whole system. That's $9 per camper over a full year. Applicants are free, there's no minimum, and it's free until you accept campers.

Are texts, calls, and email extra?

No. Email is unlimited, and one camp phone number is included. Texts and calls are included up to 25 texts and 5 minutes per accepted camper each month, pooled across your camp.

Do you take a cut of payments?

No. You connect your own Stripe account and pay Stripe's standard rates. Tuition goes straight to you.

Can parents log in?

Yes. Families get their own portal to register, pay, sign forms, see photos, and message the camp. It carries your camp's name.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in the browser. The staff portal is built for phones first: rosters, check-in, health logs, and shifts. There's no app to download.

Can I move my data over from my current software?

Yes. Send us an export from your current system and we'll tell you what comes across cleanly before you commit. Past campers can be imported from a spreadsheet, and we'll help with the move.

Is my camp's data secure?
