Between seasons
Through the off-season, your bill stays at last season's accepted count. It stays there while you accept next season's campers. Once next season's registration closes, your bill follows the new count, up or down.
Texts, calls, and email are in the price.
We don't charge per message. A 300-camper camp gets 7,500 texts and 1,500 call minutes every month, pooled, plus unlimited email and one camp phone number.

When does my bill change?
Each month we bill for the campers accepted on your account. Between seasons, that's last season's number, and it holds while you accept next season's campers. Once next season's registration closes, the bill switches to the new number, up or down.
Do I pay in the off-season?
Yes. You're billed for last season's accepted campers each month your account is open, and your families, records, and history stay in place. Over a full year that's $9 per accepted camper.
Are applicants charged?
No. Applicants are free. You pay only for campers you accept.
Is there a minimum?
No. You pay for the campers you accept, nothing more.
Are texts, calls, and email extra?
No. Email is unlimited, and one camp phone number is included. Texts and calls are included up to 25 texts and 5 minutes per accepted camper each month, pooled across your camp.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and pay Stripe's standard rates. Tuition goes straight to you.
What do families pay in card fees?
Your camp pays Stripe's standard rate, or you can pass card fees to parents with one setting.
Is every staff member included?
Yes. Every admin and staff seat is included, however large your summer staff.
Can I get an annual estimate for my board?
Yes. Multiply the campers you expect to accept by $9 for a full year, or use the cost calculator. We'll put it in writing if your board needs it.
Is there a contract, and can I take my data with me?
There's no annual contract. You're billed monthly, and you can email us to close your account. Before you go, you can export your camper and payment records.
Does it connect to QuickBooks or our accounting system?
Not directly yet. Payments reconcile to Stripe and export to CSV.
Can we run more than one program in one account?
Yes. Run as many sessions and programs as you need in one camp, on one bill.
