Camp Runner is one flat rate: $1.50 per active camper, per month, for the whole system. The calculator multiplies your active roster by $1.50 to get a monthly figure, then by twelve for the year — the bill holds steady all year, not just during your season. If you also run applicants through the system, those are added at $0.25 each per month.
What counts as an active camper?
An active camper is one enrolled with you right now — the campers on your current roster. Your count follows that roster, so it holds steady through the year and changes when you send next season's acceptances, not month to month. Applicants you're only collecting and managing applications for count separately, at the lower $0.25 rate.
