Why the comparison uses your number

How is the CampRunner cost calculated?
$0.75 per accepted camper, per month, for the whole system. The calculator multiplies your accepted campers by $0.75 for the month, then by twelve for a full year. Applicants are free.
What counts as an accepted camper?
A camper you've accepted into a session. Each camper counts once, however many sessions they attend. Between seasons, your bill holds at last season's count until next season's registration closes.
Where does the comparison number come from?
From you. It's the figure you type in for what you pay now, so the difference is real for your camp. Include messaging and phone-number fees if your current software charges them.
Is there a setup fee, a tier, or a minimum?
No. The rate covers every area of the system, with texts, calls, and email included. The estimate here is the whole price.
Do you store what I enter?
We keep an anonymous record of camp size and the figures involved, so we can see whether our rate fits. We don't ask for your name or email.
